Catherine Munro

Hi, I’m Cat! I am a lover of sport and exercise, and am extremely passionate about movement. I have no doubt that moving our bodies brings health and happiness to our lives, and that movement is medicine.
I have been a physiotherapist for over 17 years, have played a lot of sport, completed an abundance of study, and am excited to teach you to MOVE with strength and confidence. I promise to deliver positive energy and enthusiasm to help you on your journey!
I like to run, especially in the hills in search of epic views! I love a good sunrise or sunset, thrive in sunshine and fresh air and live for the outdoors.
I live in Waikanae with my wonderful husband Stu, and two of the coolest, fluffiest dogs ever, Herbie and Luna .
